Art Instructor Certificate Course
Pastel Nagomi Art, Alcohol Ink Art and Mandala are mindful art. Mindfulness refers to a state of mind:
A person purposefully observes his present emotions and thoughts (including changes in body, mind, and spirit) and practices self-awareness. By focusing on artistic creation, we can take a break from our busy lives. Listen to our inner voice hence fully aware of ourselves and understand our own thoughts.
The American Psychological Association also pointed out that practicing mindfulness can strengthen willpower, improve concentration and personal adversity quotient, ie. stress ressistance.
The Tingology hopes that participants can focus on their own creations in the process of creating artwork, enjoy the peace and tranquility brought by painting. Pay attention to the changes of lines, patterns and appreciate its beauty when creating their own, unique artwork.
